Karen’s background includes over 20 years’
experience with diverse clientele from corporate
executives to self-employed entrepreneurs. She has
successfully supported organizations to improve the
performance of their people assets through coaching,
restructuring, evaluation and strategic planning.   

She served as Director of Outplacement for an
executive outplacement firm, successfully helping
over 1,000 jobless executives find more meaningful
and satisfying employment.  

She worked in training and development for a 600-
employee manufacturing firm creating innovative new
training delivery systems that improved quality,
customer satisfaction and reduced turnover.        

Karen is a speaker for the Renaissance Executive
Forum.  

Karen is a member of the Michiana Human Resources
Association, the Society for Human Resource
Management, and the Michiana Chapter of the
American Society for Training and Development.

She received her graduate degree with high honors
in the masters program for counseling and human
services from Indiana University, and her
undergraduate degree in education from Goshen
College.

Chuck’s background includes over 30 years’
experience in technology with area manufacturing
and distribution companies.  He has led the
implementation of multiple ERP systems as well as
joining a company post-implementation and driving
efforts to stabilize their system.  

He is a Certified Information Security Manager from
ISACA with specialties in technology risk and security
management.  He has directed a public company
through their Sarbanes-Oxley IT audit and
assessment process with successful outcomes.  
Chuck is a proponent of technology planning and
has developed strategic plans for companies.

At a national musical instrument manufacturer, he
led the installation of a plant data collection system
in a multi-lingual environment to support a high-
volume shop floor operation.

Chuck implemented a new EDI system at an
electronic components supplier to support Tier 1
and Tier 2 automotive customers to eliminate
penalties for shipment notifications and improve and
streamline the inbound order processes.

He is a past board member for the Elkhart County
Red Cross and the IUSB MS-MIT advisory board.  He
is also a past President and Treasurer of the
Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Elkhart.

Chuck graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University
with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
