March, 2012: Hawthorne Services provides certification training for the Profile XT® and TTI DISC assessment instruments. The training and certification process prepares participants to assure that the policies, practices and procedures related to the assessment processes are of consistent quality and in compliance with state and local laws. The training further prepares participants to better understand and utilize the tools for the development of their employees. It is possible to take the training and not certify, although certification is encouraged. The training was held March 22 & 29 at the Goshen Chamber of Commerce offices, and March 21 and 28 in South Bend at the Hilton Garden Inn. Click here for the announcement flyer.

3/23/11: Hawthorne Services, LLC is offering a new Performance Management System for your employee performance process. Combining the benefits of a traditional performance review and 2-way coaching process, it addresses the deficiencies in the "dreaded" performance review.
