Karen’s background includes over 20 years’ experience with diverse clientele from corporate executives to self-employed entrepreneurs. She has successfully supported organizations to improve the performance of their people assets through coaching, restructuring, evaluation and strategic planning. She served as Director of Outplacement for an executive outplacement firm, successfully helping over 1,000 jobless executives find more meaningful and satisfying employment. She worked in training and development for a 600-employee manufacturing firm creating innovative new training delivery systems that improved quality, customer satisfaction and reduced turnover.

Karen is a frequent speaker for the Renaissance Executive Forum and a member of the Michiana Human Resources Association, the Society for Human Resource Management, and the Michiana Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development. She received her graduate degree with high honors in the masters program for counseling and human services from Indiana University, and her undergraduate degree in education from Goshen College. Chuck’s background includes over 30 years’ experience in technology, most recently as Chief Information Officer. He has worked with several organizations to improve their employee recruitment and performance development process. He has led the implementation of several multi-site ERP systems. At an international musical instrument manufacturer, he led the installation of a multi-lingual factory data collection system to support a high-volume shop floor operation.

Chuck is certified in Profiles International's assessment tools (PXT, PSA, PMF, CheckPoint 360), and Target Training International's assessment tools (DISC/Behaviors, Workplace Motivators) and is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA for technology risk and security management. Chuck is a proponent of technology planning as well as employee performance management for companies and teams. He is a past board member for the Elkhart County Red Cross and the IUSB MS-MIT advisory board. Chuck graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
